Jacqui is a Chartered Engineer with a background in manufacturing operations, capital project delivery, maintenance and reliability. She combines technical expertise with experience managing budgets, developing engineering teams and supporting change across multiple facilities.
Her career includes senior engineering roles at Dessert Holdings, The Krusteaz Company, Conagra Brands and Cargill, alongside industrial and infrastructure responsibilities in the UK.
Through JAL Solutions LLC, she brings that experience directly to clients—helping them set clear priorities, make informed investment decisions and turn improvement plans into action.
